The Jukebox server setting is now disabled by default.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a district reset related to logging into the game with non-ascii usernames.
Fixed a crash when entering Oak Street from Daisy Gardens.
Fixed an issue with Toon laff being incorrectly calculated upon login in Legit Mode.
Fixed an issue with the Jukeboxes in Toontown Central and Toontown Outskirts not having signs.
Possibly fixed a crash related to the No Torso Cheesy Effect.
