Features

• Added a new Magic Word, "Announce". This Magic Word will now display a notice on the top-center of each player's screen.
• Added a new nametag font, "Sans".

Tweaks

• Tweaked custom nametag colors to adapt better with other features, such as the Chat Log and the arrows that point towards other Toons.
• Tweaked the darker shades of custom nametag colors to not be as dark.
• Changed the default name of the "System" Magic Word to "SystemMessage". The former can still be used as an alias to execute this Magic Word.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a district reset related to opening accessory trunks.
• Fixed an issue where you would appear to be in a Cage when seen by another Toon who entered the zone while you were in a locked state.
